Note: The number of projects will vary depending on the size of the garment and the amount of dye used.
NONTOXIC DYES
The highly concentrated non-toxic one-step dyes in the set require only plain tap water to activate the vibrant colors. All Tulip One-Step dyes are non-toxic and safe for crafters of any age or experience level.
NO SODA ASH NEEDED
One-Step dyes are already formulated with soda ash, so there is no need to pre-soak your fabric in soda ash before dyeing. Make sure your fabric has been pre-washed and you’re ready to go straight to tie-dyeing! Simply add plain tap water to activate the dye
WORKS BEST ON NATURAL FABRICS
One-step dyes are formulated to give their best and brightest results on natural fiber fabrics. The best results are obtained with 100% cotton, rayon, and silk. MACHINE WASHABLE
The dye is safe to machine wash – the colors stay bright and bold through repeated washes. Note: Dye will appear darker on damp fabrics before washing and will naturally lighten afterward.

- Please wear gloves and an apron in advance to prevent the dye from soaking into the clothes.
- Please do not immerse tie-dye shirts or fabrics in water for a long time, as this may cause fading or mixing of colors.
- Please do not use too much during the squeezing process of tie-dyeing, and check the condition of the shirt or fabric without dripping water.
